Pasinger Fabrik Gmbh

The urban cultural center Pasinger Fabrik on the site of the former Franz Ritter household machine factory at Pasinger Bahnhof, one of the most important traffic hubs in Munich, houses a productive and experimental cultural center in the west of Munich: theater, music, visual arts, literature, historical and socially critical exhibitions, the children's and youth culture workshop, the joint family education center FABI as well as two parent-child initiatives and offers for senior citizens find their place here. And not to forget the performances of MUNICH'S SMALLEST OPERA HOUSE with their lovingly weird productions of the “great music theater repertoire”. Before and after the performances, the in-house restaurant with beer garden and bar with constantly changing delicacies provides for the physical well-being! The Pasinger factory was founded in 1991 as a cultural and civic center of the state capital Munich. The cultural mission of the factory is fulfilled by Pasinger Fabrik GmbH under the aegis of the cultural department, as well as the independent theater Much Ado About Nothing. The district culture is also at home at Pasinger Fabrik GmbH. The other institutions in the house are subject to the sovereignty of the social department: the children's and youth culture workshop, the joint family education center, street work Pasing, as well as the two parent-child initiatives Fabrikkinder and Rote Rüben e.V.
