Pass It Along, Inc. Building confident, resilient and compassionate teenagers through self-discovery, leadership and volunteerism. Pass It Along is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the northern New Jersey counties of Sussex, Morris, Essex, and Warren. Since its inception in 2001, Pass It Along has been committed to helping teenagers become confident, resilient and compassionate through self-discovery, volunteerism and leadership. Our vision is that one day, every teenager will have the tools and opportunities to discover and embrace themselves and their power to make a difference in the world creating a society of self-aware, healthy and caring individuals. By participating in the Pass It Along program, teenagers gain a strong sense of self, learn about the positive effects of helping others and are equipped to avoid risky behaviors. PIA’s innovative, hands-on program reaches thousands of teenagers and their families through: • Our signature self-discovery workshop series, Discovering Your Passion & Purpose • Leadership opportunities such as internships, Service Corps, school chapters, community forums and event planning positions • Diverse and impactful volunteer programs.
