Passion for Support was developed in 2009 to provide individualised care and support services for adults and older people in Calderdale. We provide a range of innovative support services that offer our customers choice, flexibility, and control in their lives. We aim to always deliver person-centered, individualised, and seamless services that support our customers to maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. To ensure the quality of the services we ensure all our staff are well trained and receive regular supervision and support. As a service, we offer an extensive induction program, and a wide range of training and continual professional development opportunities throughout their career. We work in partnership with the Local Authority, other stakeholders, and our customers, to support the development of innovative care and support services for adults and older people in Calderdale.
