Passot Innovation

With its PI Design®, Passot Innovation is a French creator, manufacturer and importer of personalised promotional products and corporate gifts, since 1963. Our company works with independent resellers and communication agencies looking for personalised, original and high-quality promotional items for their clients : hi-tech accessories (power banks, speakers, USB flash drives…), office items (pen holders, memo blocks…), leather goods and bags (conference folders, card holders…), tableware (mugs, corkscrews…), car accessories (ice scrapers, parking discs…), decorations, games and leisure products, keyrings, and more. We have a precision mechanical workshop that allows us to produce all our Made in France models, as well as specific prototypes. We locally manufacture our plastic injection moulds (19 robot-assisted injection presses). We also carry out all branding processes on site, using a wide range of advanced techniques: screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, digital transfer, Quadridôme and digital quadri printing. The plates and screens are exposed in-house. Our head office and production unit are located in France (1 hour from Lyon). We also offer a range of imported products available from stock. Design / Engineering : design office equipped with 3D CAD/CAM software Prototyping workshop : machining centres, CNC lathes, conventional milling machines Plastic injection : 19 robotised presses (+ Gas-Assisted Injection for technical parts) Branding : • Screen printing (19 manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines) • Pad printing (12 machines, 1 to 6 colours) • Laser engraving (3 machines for wood and plastic, 2 for metal) • Digital transfer (2 hot-transfer machines)
