Pasta Sentral
Restauranten ble stiftet høsten 1988 av Youssef Mohsen og Massimo Galluzzi. De startet med åtte plasstoler, fire bord, plass til ti, og en omsetning på 100 kroner. Pasta Sentral introduserte nye italienske retter for bergensere. Nå har de tre restauranter, og flere besøkende enn noensinne. Selv de mest celebre gjester har funnet veien til Pasta Sentral for å spise – opp til flere ganger. På Pasta Sentral i sentrum, Loddefjord og Fyllingsdalen kan du forvente fantastisk mat, samt en uformell og lun atmosfære. Vår restaurant i sentrum har eget lekerom for barn.
