Pastis Group is noted for its authentically French casual dining venues across Hong Kong. Created in November 2009 with the opening of Pastis, the French group, owned by Jérôme Spitzer and Olivier Caisson, never stopped growing since then. To date, The group includes 9 restaurants, 1 wine shop, 1 wine bar and 1 Cocktail Bar with more than 100 employees. Pastis Group inaugurated Le Boudoir in October 2010, French American Bistro (F.A.B.) in March 2012, Metropolitain in March 2013, Comptoir and French Flair in 2015, Eiffel Bistro in 2016, Café Claudel in 2018, Café Bohème in 2019 and Pastis Tapas and Nissa La Bella in 2020. This year the group have two new additions: FF Social in Sai Ying Pun and Café Bohème in Tseung Kwan O. The owners, both from the hospitality industry, bring their French know-how to create successful and famous places over Hong Kong.
