Patatas was created in 2012 by Marcos Quezada to provide a community resource that offers tasty & nutritious dishes. Born and raised in Chile, and having lived in Spain & Mexico, Marcos creates home cooked meals based on family traditions that cross borders and cultures. His talent for cooking started on the knees of his parents and grandmother, and as Marcos' passion for food grew over time, Patatas became his expression of simple & accessible cuisine with a sensibility for California fresh flavors.
