Patch Dolan Photography

Patch Dolan studied Art Foundation in Oxford - where he was born and grew up - then (BA) Graphic Arts and Design in Leeds before moving to London in 2005. He then spent seven years at the agency RPM as a full time in-house photographer working across a multitude of brands and specialisms building up many working relationships that continue to this day. Patch released his first book in 2009 titled 'One Game' commissioned by The ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board) as a behind the scenes study of cricket "From Grass Roots to the Test Arena". There was a supporting two week exhibition held in the Atrium at Westfield London in the build up to the Ashes series that year. Some of Patch's favourite photographers include Gregory Crewdson, Nadav Kander, Sebastião Salgado, Brent Stirton & Levon Biss. The later two came through the RPM route so their incredibly high standard is what he aims to emulate with his work.
