Patch Program

PATCH stands for Providers and Teens Communicating for Health. We’re a community of teens and adults working together to support adolescent health and wellbeing. Our sweet spot is making sure teens have a voice — in health care settings, in the big goals that shape teen health, and in their own lives. We also use what we learn from working with teens to help adults and organizations meaningfully engage young people. Whether replicating our efforts or learning from how we partner with teens, we love sharing our experiences and offering practical guidance.
