We are able to work anywhere: our records management system is cloud-based, together with our document management, billing and disaster recovery systems. We are not constrained by a history of large service charges, which traditional firms are finding painful to phase out. Our billing practice reflects our ethos that our substantive input on a case is significantly more valuable than our ability to fill in forms. We can and do employ alternative models to hourly billing, such as fixed rates or retainers. You just have to ask.
