Pathfinder Health brings a new approach to support for the mental health of Western Australians. We understand how different people are and how often the world is set up for the average. Let us find you your own path. Our unique approach to health targets real improvements in your life starting from the first session. We will work with you as an individual, with understanding of your individual experience and circumstances, to create a practical plan to empower you to meet your goals. We are especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent people – who may be Autistic and/or have ADHD or other atypical neurotypes – with the particular challenges of living in a world that’s not set up well for individuality. We tailor our range of therapeutic techniques to your specific situation. These can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness, Motivational Therapy, cycle of violence counselling, and alcohol and drug therapy. Based in Midland, Western Australia, we're a short walk from the Midland train station. We offer telehealth services, Medicare rebates, Better Health / Mental Health Care Plan, and NDIS.
