Coaching practice to support professionals in making their work work. Why? Because I truly believe that people can proactively shape their work life. As a result, it can become a source of energy, inspiration and self-expression (on the good days), or at least more manageable (on the tough days). What? I offer coaching trajectories for executives,(new) managers and young potentials. A trajectory typically involves a mix of professional and personal development. We may start with a work challenge to find a personal matter underneath it; or vice versa. The result: more clarity, insight, and a set of new behavior that works for you. For whom? Most of my clients work in high-pressure jobs, where they are challenged to deliver on a daily basis. I work with professionals in both the private sector (e.g. life sciences and consultancy) and in the public sector (e.g. healthcare and academia). What do I bring? As a former strategy consultant in Life Sciences and Healthcare, I understand the excitement and pressure that comes with building a career.
