Pathway Community Services Ltd. specializes in the development and operation of specialized staffed residential resources for individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, complex behavioural and mental health issues, psychiatric, neuro-chemical and neuro-behavioural disorders.Our agency provides intensive support based on person centered planning in all areas of residential living and social integration/ community inclusion. Pathway Community Services works with the Ministry of Children and Family Development as well as Community Living British Columbia. Mission Pathway Community Services Ltd. will provide safe, comprehensive, person centered support services to individuals with extra needs; as well it will promote personal development and lifelong well-being for these individuals. Mandate Pathway Community Services Ltd. will provide residential care, as well as community inclusion and support to persons with extra needs in the province of British Columbia. Pathway Community Services Ltd. will offer a personal centered approach to these individuals with specific needs, while helping to build and secure their personal networks.
