Since inception, Pathway has financed over $587 million toward fostering small business growth, promoting affordable housing, and supporting sustainability. We offer a complete catalog of loan products, from to $5 million, along with a full range of coaching resources for established businesses that have been operating for at least one year across Tennessee and the Southeast. CAPITAL | SMALL BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LOANS Small business financing supports uses for equipment, supplies, real estate, refinancing, acquisition & more. Our commercial lending solutions span multifamily affordable housing, commercial real estate and sustainability loans. COACHING| EDUCATION Many clients Pathway Lending focuses on serving face unique challenges to business sustainability and growth. Our digital tool, Pathway Navigator, is designed to help entrepreneurs grow and strengthen their business and become capital-ready with resources, groups and events. Launched in 2018 with support from SBA, Pathway Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) provides entrepreneurship training and counseling to transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses or survivors in Tennessee and Kentucky.
