At Pathways Counselling, we are devoted to providing customised care for individuals, couples, and families dealing with diverse issues. We appreciate that each person is unique and we strive to cater our treatments to their particular needs. Our Therapists are knowledgeable and experienced in a range of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Treatment such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We are here to provide support for those struggling with mental health issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and anger management. We strive to provide quality care and ensure all of our clients get the help they need.
