Patient Billing is a UK based medical billing and collection firm with many years of experience at the leadership. Richard Shawyer founded Patient Billing having previously founded another billing firm. From his experience as a patient he understands the patient journey and complex medical care. Patient Billing has been designed to use technology to assist both the consultant and patient through what can me a mine field for both parties at very stressful times for patients. All our staff are empathetic and trained to look after and care for patients. Patient journey is at the heart of everything we do, with this in mind we work very closely with our sister company Patient Zone. Patient Billing is solely a medical billing and collection agency, we believe in boundaries so don't venture into medical secretarial work. Good and accurate billing means stronger cash flow for the practice.
