Patient Fairness's web-based model allows patients to challenge problem medical bills themselves easily and at a low, flat prices. Patient Fairness offers the right information, strategies and tools for patients to stick up for themselves and fight problem medical bills. We assess the details and circumstances of a medical bill, suggest questions and concerns to raise to the billing provider and to dispute the bill, and give patients analysis and tools to settle a medical bill, or continue to dispute it if a patient is still not getting fair treatment from the billing provider.
