We are a part of PATODIA GROUP, A FAMILY OWNED company, in Business SINCE 1960 having a proven track record backed with all technical infrastructure to cater your requirements and are ISO 9001:2015 certified company. The foundation of our industry was laid by Mr. Shreekishanji Patodia To meet the growing demands for components in industries like automobile, electrical equipment etc. the company started the production of Pressure Die Casting in alloy aluminum and zinc. The company took a big leap in the field of natural fiber and started exporting cotton yarn and engineering products since 1994. Details of our in-house facilities are stated below- Machining We have got full fledged machining shop having more than 110 CNC machines, all Japanese Swiss and German make i.e. turning centers, turn mill centers, Double Turret Double Spindle machine from SCHAUBLIN, vertical machining centers, drill tap centers, CNC SWISS type automates of TORNOS and CITIZEN make. Sheet metal pressing We have mechanical geared and hydraulic power presses from 15 tons to 400 tons to manufacture Steel metal components. Zinc and aluminium die casting We have pressure die casting facility and can undertake die casting from 30 gms to 5 kgs on the machines of 80 tons and 260 tons (HMT Make) capacity. We have facility of gravity die casting also with different Aluminum, Zamak Bronze and Brass Alloys upto 20 kgs, duly heat-treated condition if required. Sand castings are also undertaken if small batches are required. Forging We are equipped with friction screw presses of 200 Tons 450 Tons and 1600 tons capacity for doing the forging upto 50 kgs in weight of Non Ferrous. We cater to several American and European OEMS and we build parts to their design.
