Patrick Executive Search, LLC was founded in August 2001 by a brother/sister team, Mike and Claire Patrick. PES specializes in executive recruitment that focuses on the long-term success of our clients, which include a variety of mid-sized to Fortune corporations. As an employer retained search firm, our focus is on establishing a partnership with the client organization and serving as an extension of their HR function throughout the hiring process. We've built our firm on the belief that effective recruitment of executive management and key lieutenants is critical to an organization's sustained growth and profitability. We recruit through networking, referrals and cold-calling into companies, often our clients competitors, to locate individuals at the height of their game and present them with a better opportunity than their current position affords.
