Patrivalor SGIIC provides investment and advisory services as stated in Law 22/2014, of the Spanish Securities Market Law, and Royal Decree 83/2015. In addition, Patrivalor SGIIC may provide such services on investment and advisory over other instruments not contemplated in Article 2 of Law 24/1988 or regarding other supplementary activities that involve the extension of its business, all in the terms stated in paragraph 3 of Article 63 of the Spanish Securities Market Law.
