Pattern’s PPI-100 therapeutic mobilizes innate immunity to address the immune failures underpinning cancers & infectious diseases. Pattern is developing PPI-100 for a range of oncology applications and intends to file a submission in Q4 2025 to commence a clinical study. The first indication is perioperative immunotherapy, which represents a large, white-space opportunity to address the ~40% relapse rate in cancer patients within 5 years after surgery; PPI-100's use in this indication is underpinned by extensive in vivo nonclinical data as well as supporting clinical data. PPI-100 is a significantly improved & patented 2nd generation of an earlier product developed by Pattern Principals that received regulatory approval in ex-US jurisdictions for use against infectious diseases, where it proved safe & efficacious in patients during widespread use. Pattern collaborates with Massachusetts General Hospital, MD Anderson, the University of Toronto, McGill University & others.
