As a therapist, I guide individuals through deep personal transformation with a practical, down-to-earth approach. Blending evidence-based counselling, coaching, and energy work, I help clients set boundaries, transform triggers, release outdated patterns, and clear emotional blocks. Since 1998, through my experience across social work, counselling, mentoring, and wellbeing sectors, I empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience. My work extends to facilitating workshops, designing wellbeing courses, and presenting at yoga teacher trainings and wellness festivals. My online course helps individuals understand their energy through key channels, fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth. I hosted and co-produced ‘Carer Conversations’, a national podcast where experts, government agencies & carers shared their knowledge and experiences of the caring role. I hosted and produced Season 3 of ‘Run Against Violence’, where I interviewed survivors of family and financial abuse, as well as scholars researching desistance and creating online learning opportunities. I also hosted and produced 16 podcast interviews called ‘Chakra Chats’, where guests shared stories of triumph and resilience in overcoming adversity to promote my online course that helps you increase your energy through your key vitality channels. The success of each podcast has extended my reputation for compelling storytelling, strategic relationship-building, and impactful dialogue.
