Even today the company are still under taking projects in this location, but now three decades on we are building all over London. Paul Tyne and Simon Oliver formed the company in 1987 and both are still actively involved today. However our remit has gone beyond just building and refurbishing properties, today we have expanded into other fields such as The Care Industry, Student accommodation, rental and investment markets, and even overseas property rentals under the name of Paul Simon Group (PSG) PSG understand the quality of property and service required by our customers.
