Paul's Body Engineering is a training facility providing an exclusive, private and secure space for individuals to train, learn, and find their pathway to greater health and fitness. We specialise in weightloss, transformations, online nutritional coaching, nutritional profiling & contest prep. As a mature aged coach we provide real, genuine and evidence base training measures to ensure everyone not only get results but also is educated to ensure sustainability long term. We are certified and accredited in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition & Body Recomposition (Recomposer). We are also a qualified Trainer & Assessor in teaching Fitness. Recently Paul won his Pro Card qualifications in Men’s Physique for the INBA & NBA Federations.
