The studio was founded in 2018 with the aim of bringing self-knowledge and spirituality into people's lives to inspire transformations in their worldview and bring more quality of life in all dimensions. At that time we had a physical space in the countryside of Brazil, at Primavera do Leste and it was the first Yoga studio in that town. The pandemic time brings to us a new way to teach yoga, the online way. And in 2021 the studio migrated completely to the online classes and online workshops. We developed one method to do the classes in real time using the ZOOM platform, so the practitioner is guided and supervised during all the classes. We also offer special classes, workshops and experiences on presential mode. Essentially we are a studio that employs yoga techniques to optimize your physical, emotional and mental health and thus help to transform practitioners' relationships with themselves, their close ones and the world. We believe that all kinds of crises that we as human beings are facing, like the wealthy crisis, economic crisis, social human crisis, environmental crisis… They have the same cause, the conscientiousness crisis. So our way to teach Yoga is more than the physical approach, we bring the yoga techniques as meditations, breathwork and practice of yoga theory to help you to know yourself and make your existence a tool to help others. We work with individuals and organizations. And we have some experiences that involve Yoga and the Inner Development Goals.
