Paxis Capital is a multi-disciplinary investment firm operating across four core verticals: We serve as a family office for a select group of long-term partners (currently closed to new capital). We run a private stock trading and education platform with hundreds of active, paying members—offering real-time analysis, macro research, and actionable insights. We invest in residential real estate, focusing on single-family acquisitions and leasing across the San Francisco Bay Area, Atlanta, and North Carolina, managing an $8M+ and growing portfolio. We acquire, operate, and invest in early-stage, disruptive SaaS and agentic AI companies with $50K–$300K in ARR, providing both capital and operational expertise. From public markets to real estate to AI, our mission is to compound capital through high-conviction, research-driven strategies while building long-term value across all asset classes.
