Payne Realty first opened its doors in 1960 and now over 50 years later we are still opening new doors in the market areas of Madison, Hinds and Rankin counties. A third generation company, Payne Realty specializes in residential and commercial sales, leasing and management. We are dedicated Realtors with experience and expertise ready to help you with your real estate needs. Bruce Payne, a resident of Madison, began his real estate career in 1972. After serving in the United States Navy, he joined the family business, Payne Realty and today is the owner and President. He received his GRI designation in 1974 and CRB in 1993. Bruce is a member of and has held several offices with Multiple Listing Service and Jackson Board of Realtors. He is also a member of Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors. Tommy Payne graduated from Mississippi State University in 2012. His degree is in Business Administration with majors in Management of Construction and Land Development and also in Risk Management, Insurance and Financial Planning. He received his GRI designation in 2013 and is a CCIM candidate. Tommy is a member of Multiple Listing Service, Jackson Association of Realtors and Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors.
