Payne & Smith, LLC (P&S) is a full service accounting firm. Our objective is to satisfy the tax, accounting, audit, and consulting needs of our clients. This overall experience is heavily concentrated in the financial institution industry. Additional expertise includes employee benefit plans, construction contractors, distributorships, wholesalers, and manufacturers. It is our philosophy to be unique by providing the broad range of service and in-depth experience a particular industry demands while at the same time retaining the personal service and responsiveness to meet individual client needs. The key personnel involved in our client’s engagements are CPAs, are currently pursuing certification, or have significant industry experience.
