PayTech Women - celebrating 20 years in 2025 - empowers women in the payments industry to maximize their individual potential & position themselves for greater personal success. Our Vision: A world where a woman's potential is as unlimited as her ambition Our Mission: To create a stronger and more diverse industry by empowering and investing in women. PayTech Women is the ONLY 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving professional women in the payments and fintech industries. We help professional women rise in payments by providing forums to inspire and inspire, networking opportunities for industry relationship building and leadership development through in-person and virtual events, mentoring, coaching and much more. PTW is supported by corporate partnership and through individual membership dues.
