We have a proven track record of successful delivery to our clients, who range from some of the leading names in global Private Equity and Venture Capital funds to smaller boutiques and start-ups. We typically work on a contingency (success only) basis for individual hires. Our aim is to provide the same or higher level of service and quality of candidate as a retained executive search firm and we have a track record of doing so.We are paid only on the successful completion of an assignment and our confidence in our ability to deliver this enables us to work in this way.
