Founded in 2008, PC Capital is an alternative investment manager and Investment Banking firm based in Mexico City. Our investment business focuses on private equity and private credit opportunities across Latin America, excluding Brazil. The firm partners with companies across diverse sectors, targeting investments that deliver strong financial returns along with positive social or environmental impact. PC Capital is sector-agnostic, with a preference for healthcare, education, technology, financial inclusion, and consumer industries. Our typical investment size ranges from US$5 to US$50 million, deploying capital directly from our funds and in partnership with our co-investors. Our Investment banking business is Clairfield International’s Mexico partner, where we provide middle market M&A, restructuring, equity and debt placement advisory services to local and international clients looking to grow or divest their businesses. With presence in over 25 countries and with the support of our more than 200 partners, we provide local and international coverage. 70% of our transactions are cross border and across all sectors of the economy including retail, consumer, industrial, TMT and education.
