PC Diagnostics was started in 2002 by Damien Battersby. Starting out from a home office his goal was for PC Diagnostics to provide IT support and solutions for home and business users. Since that time PC Diagnostics has grown and is now employing admin and technical staff. PC Diagnostic's target market is small enterprises, with 5 to 20 computers. PC Diagnostics delivers support either onsite or remotely and aim to provide their clients with round the clock computer support. The end result of which is the experience of continuous, trouble-free computing normally only delivered by in-house IT departments.
