PCB Droid is the worlds first printed circuit board designer application for mobile. The founders of the application are László Kovács(CEO) and János Jakub(CTO). The idea came from János Jakub, whose previous startup was NAWEN, which is a tool based on ultrasonic preception to help the transport of visually-impaired people. Also, his earlier development is the Clavis keyboard for Android-tablets, witch already have more than 60 thousand downloads. László Kovács, founder of the Point Systems Plc.(1996), which today has around 80 employees. In 2003, co-founder of the website, alberlet.hu, which is one of the market leaders of Hungary's real estate agency sites. In 2010 he founded the Colabs Startup center that has hosted more than 50 startups, and got them around 10million USD investment. PCB Droid is an application with an intuitive user interface for mobile environment, which provides a cloud-based storage for projects, supported with key industry standards. The early version of the application was ranked first in the category of education of the BME 1App contest in 2014. The PCB Droid Ltd. was founded in 2015, by this time the application had already reached more than downloads. In 2016 we took part as exhibitors in the exhibition WebSummit, Dublin. The application is currently only available on the Google Play app store, the number of downloads is more than We achived a 4,05 star rating from the maximum of 5 stars according to 2.400 users. Most of our downloads are from the United States, Russia, Indonesia and India. The aim is to release our application on iOS and Windows platform and build a wide userbase. Our long-term goals is to build business relationships with factories that manufactures printed circuit boards.
