At PCH, we design and create retail spaces. We approach all phases of the design and construction process, from programming to design through the bidding process and the construction administration. We lead the process of designing and coordinating projects collaborating with the engineering teams, construction, architecture, design, marketing, administration, logistics and operations. From the brief, multiple simultaneous high-quality projects are designed, documented, managed and executed, collaborating with all internal and external teams. We incorporate the values, objectives and philosophies of each brand into the projects. Fluid communication with the Management and the Commercial Area, with updates of each project, and the status of work advances.
