Advocacy PCPG tracks and comments on proposed legislation and regulations that affect our membership through: Our Governmental Affairs Committee; Securing and encouraging placement of PCPG members on key Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection public advisory and stakeholder committees; Outreach to academia to support and encourage geologic science curricula in our public schools and at Pennsylvania's public and private colleges and universities; and Outreach to applicable related professional organizations to promote the use of licensed Professional Geologists. Education PCPG's Education Committee is a premier provider of educational courses relevant to your professional practice. Members receive the added advantages of discounted course fees and preferential reservations when available space is limited.
