ABOUT US. Having Computer Science bachelor and master, the two founders of PCSS focused on IT Services for Medium Sized Companies specialized in construction and project management industry. Working for over two decades in this field in major firms, decided to use this experience in advancing the use and the adaptation of Technology in the industry.
