Our staff has been working with small businesses since 1981. The principal of PD Biz Consulting has 34 years of accounting experience focusing on cost, managerial and efficiency accounting. He also holds a law degree. He practiced business law for 29 years during which he was hired to do turn-around consulting for troubled business entities. In he was commissioned to take over a multi-national manufacturing concern that was insolvent. In 9 months the company was stabilized and sold for Construction companies, manufacturing concerns, and service companies are all typical clients with which the principals have worked extensively over the past 34 years. He has also taught at 3 different higher educational institutions and is the author of 2 books.
