PDD Ventures brings disruptive innovation to corporations. We operate at the far end of a company’s innovation portfolio, focusing only on building new ventures that can have a large disruptive impact on their industry. In prior roles our principals created, launched, and nurtured over 20 venture-capital funded startups in collaboration with corporate partners like GE and Chevron. We believe disruption isn't just a product or service—it's a paradigm. It's a radical change in thinking that differentiates sustaining innovation from disruptive innovation. With decades of experience in both design thinking and the build-measure-learn cycle popularized by The Lean Startup, we have refined our own approach to conceiving and validating new venture opportunities. We cultivate this through our four-phase business validation and design process. Purpose is in our name “Purpose-Driven Disruptive Ventures (PDD)” because it guides our daily decisions about both the ventures we pursue and the manner in which we pursue them.
