The Personal Developmenr Partnership was formed in January 2011 by Simon Buxton, who was the founder of Westminster Asscciates Ltd. Simon is a business psychologist with 20 years’ international experience in strategic business management, organisational development and coaching. The core purpose of the Personal Development Partnership is to help our clients further develop and maximise managerial and leadership capacity and behavioural competence. We offer a range of diagnostic interventions, tools and services to assist our client partners to achieve enduring behavioural change and develop future leadership capacity. From the conceptual design and planning of a strategic initiative, through to the roll-out of defined and measurable operational change, we combine a balance of substantial organisational experience with contemporary academic theory.
