Our Founder, Paul Oginksy, has had a 30 year career dedicated to the development of personal and social wellbeing and for the past 14 years the 3 Rs have been the backbone of our work at PDP – REFLECTION, RELATIONSHIPS & RESILIENCE. Our lead trainers, Tony & Sianette, deliver inspiring and meaningful content using our unique blend of high-impact, experiential training methods – now offered online. They strive for genuine human connection in everything they deliver. We operate across all sectors, working with groups of all sizes, tailoring our training to meet the needs of the individual and the group.
