OUR CUSTOMERS We focus on three customer segments that can particularly benefit from our strengths- Industrial customers, who use IT infrastructure in their production & automation systems- CRITIS customers, operators of critical infrastructure facilities, who connect their process control networks to IT infrastructure solutions - OEM customers, plant manufacturers and process network automation providers, in whose products and services IT infrastructure solutions are elementary parts. The IT infrastructure requirements in production & process networks are clearly different from those in classic business IT environments. In the special industrial IT environments, limited availability can lead to catastrophic consequences, which in the worst case can endanger the health and lives of people. We support our customers in taking advantage of digitalization while ensuring availability and safety of production or critical plant.
