Peace Factory

Peace Factory provides adult lifelong training in different languages, including French and English, in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and group decision making with a large choice of NVC courses for people who desire to learn and to live the consciousness proposed by NVC. What do we do? We support and invent ways to learn about nonviolent principles and tools as individuals, in our interactions with others, and in the groups and structures of which we’re a part and with whom we work, inspiring other people to look at NVC and other tools to enrich their lives. Vision: Peace Factory pursues the vision of a world where Everyone values everyone’s basic human needs and lives from a consciousness that connects with the universal life energy and natural oneness of all life Every individual embraces themselves with compassion People joyfully and compassionately contribute to each other and resolve conflicts peacefully The systems and structures we create in economics, education, justice, health care, peace-keeping and other areas across our global interdependent community, reflect this consciousness Actions are evaluated against how they contribute to life and the human needs they ultimately serve.
