Peace Learning Center of Indianapolis educates, inspires, and empowers people to live peacefully. The organization's vision is to build a community of peace where respect is primary and justice is real. Through the modeling of behaviors, community collaboration, and the provision of services, the organization values peaceful resolution of conflicts, strength of diversity in the community, the potential of youth, and responsible stewardship of the environment and community resources. Peace Learning Center furthers its mission to build healthy communities by teaching children, youth, and adults how to make healthier choices for themselves which then enable them to focus on creating more peaceful communities and, ultimately, a more peaceful and healthy world.
