Peach Property Management is a full service property management including, but not limited to; marketing of vacant properties, potential tenant screening, approved tenant placement, rental/ move-in/ move-out inspections, rent and deposit collections, sending of late notices, evictions (if applicable), 24 hour maintenance requests and scheduling for necessary repairs, approved by owner. We will also have full crews available for make ready’s and rehabs. The Company will also offer options to acquire/sell new commercial and residential properties and have options for financing. We will offer different plans for management of properties for flexibility.
