Peak Ascent Mentoring employs a mindful approach in working with families and individuals, incorporating yoga, meditation, ceremony and ritual, and centering skills. We believe it is important to assess the whole being of each individual, and in using an holistic approach, we are able to provide understanding to the effects that diet, sleep, stress have on an individual. It is also significant to look at the whole of an individual in four distinct, related aspects: Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit. When these four aspects are aligned, with equal attention and focus given to all, an individual is truly in sync, and, ready to develop and grow. Peak Ascent Mentoring treats every individual we work with as just that, an individual. No two people are the same, or respond to exactly the same approach. By feeling out each person and situation, we are able to customize our approach to resonate with that person directly. We strive to provide exceptional, immediate, and lasting support by mentoring and counseling young individuals and families struggling in life. We stand on the philosophy of creating a safe, trusting environment by utilizing our experience, passion, and innate gifts to assist families in need. Our mission is to develop intimate, meaningful relationships with those we work with in order to produce deep, insightful personal work, the success of attaining realistic goals, and in promoting a fulfilling, productive livelihood.
