Peak-Careers provides Facilitating Career Development (FCD) classes. We also provide a variety of online seminars to make continuing education easier and more affordable, onsite professional development, consulting and speaking for a wide range of career professionals, from college academic advisors, career counselors and adult education staff to school counselors, job coaches, state government career-focused staff and private consultants. Jim Peacock founded Peak-Careers to make it easier for career professionals to help their students and clients find their life’s work—the thing that energizes, inspires and fulfills them. Jim works with career professionals to help them improve their counseling and advising skills so they can help more people discover their passions and find fulfilling occupations. In December 2024, Jim retired and sold Peak Careers to Marie Zimenoff who plans to carry on the great work Jim started.
