I’m an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, specialising in remote EMDR and attachment-informed EMDR to help clients work through a wide range of difficulties including PTSD, complex trauma, ongoing anxiety, OCD, phobias, and unhelpful patterns that feel hard to shift. Many of the people I work with have had therapy before, often for years, but still feel like they haven’t got to the root of their problem. EMDR can often reach places that traditional talking therapies can’t, especially when symptoms are linked to earlier experiences, trauma, or deeply held beliefs. My approach integrates third-wave CBT models; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) alongside EMDR. I believe in creating individualised, client-centred treatment plans, drawing on what works best for each person, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I specialise in working online and have completed additional training in line with BACP guidance to meet the specific ethical, clinical, and practical requirements of remote therapy. This includes supporting clients across the UK in a way that is safe, flexible, and just as effective as in-person work. Clinical Supervision As a BACP Accredited integrative psychotherapist and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner, I offer clinical supervision for therapists working with adult clients, including those integrating EMDR and/or CBT into their practice. I provide EMDR supervision for therapists who have completed an EMDR UK-accredited training; I bring a collaborative, attuned approach to helping you develop your skills and identity as a practitioner.
