Brynne is among the first to integrate principles of sport psychology with insight-oriented psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapy, alongside evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her comprehensive approach treats the whole person—not just the performer—and addresses challenges across all areas of life. Brynne blends psychological depth with structured therapeutic interventions and mental training exercises to uncover why clients struggle, not merely how to cope, while helping them create lasting change in their thought processes, emotional intelligence, and behavior. Drawing from her athletic background, personal challenges, and eight years of clinical experience—five of which have focused on elite athletes competing at Olympic, national, and international levels, as well as high-achievers at the height of their careers—Brynne brings a rare combination of insight and experience to her work. Her deep understanding of the human psyche and natural perceptiveness allow her to hear what isn’t said and see what isn’t shown. This intuition, combined with her distinctive approach, sets her apart from traditional talk therapy. Through a process she calls “psyche mapping,” Brynne guides clients in a structured self-assessment—examining their life and experiences as if they were their own research subject. This process helps bridge gaps in self-understanding by identifying patterns that reveal the why behind thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She believes this insight is the foundation for meaningful, lasting change—reducing anxiety and depression, strengthening relationships with oneself and others, and fostering the ability to perform with greater authenticity and consistency, whether on the field, on the slopes, or in the boardroom.
