Pearl is non-profit organization in Turkey focusing on gender equality and environment. The birth of a pearl is a miraculous event! Live oysters below the surface of the sea grow pearls. In the present system where there is a GENDER INEQUALITY for access to power and resources, our organization detects and supports the CHANGE leaders working for gender equality. We are inspired from the PEARLS, we want to support the change leaders in a way they can reveal their true potential. In addition to CHANGE LEADERS, by designing, producing and selling technological and ecological products, the enterprise aims to achieve a vision change towards gender roles in society in long term and empower todays’ girls analytically, psychologically, in decision making to create more equal society in the future.
