Our premier monthly managed services clients receive regular face to face meetings either in person, or by video conference as preferred. Monthly service is based on the number of workstations and/or servers or services. Remote pro-active monitoring of workstations, servers, and network devices is included with monthly managed services. Monthly customers also receive discounted break-fix hourly rates, as well as discounted after hours support.
